What is Oh it’s Perfect Marketplace?

Oh It’s Perfect (OIP) marketplace is an all inclusive platform for all events related products and services. Whether you are celebrating a birthday, planning for a wedding, a baby shower or anything in between, Shop OIP is a one stop shop for all your party needs.

You can think of us as a party related ‘online shopping centre’ where our handpicked vendors from the party, events and wedding industry provide you with a wide range of products and services from all over Australia. 

Each shop at OIP Marketplace is an independent seller (like you have at shopping centres) with it’s own range of products and services, terms and conditions etc. Please remember that brands/shops are independent of OIP e.g. if an Apple store is located at XYZ Shopping Centre, it doesn’t mean that the shopping centre has any control over that Apple Store. When you purchase anything from a shop, you are dealing with the Vendor directly and that’s why it’s very important that you read their terms and conditions, including exchange and return policy very carefully before making a purchase.

What if I want to procure a service e.g. photography or a customised product like a specific wedding cake etc.?

We at OIP Marketplace have a built-in quotation system where you can ‘Get a Quote’ from the vendor (quote system is only available for service-related or bespoke products). You submit your requirement by filling an online form and the vendor gets back to you with the price and time required etc. After successful negotiation of terms, the vendor submits you an offer for your customised product/service with a buy link. 

Do I get an invoice for my purchases?

Yes, you receive a separate invoice from each vendor. The invoices are sent to your specified email address, at the time of checkout. 

If e.g. you purchased 3 different items from 3 different vendors at one time, you’ll receive a separate invoice from each vendor (along with their contact details) i.e. a total of 3 invoices.

How safe are the transactions at OIP Marketplace?

Payments at Shop OIP are processed by Stripe, Inc. Stripe is a 'Level 1 PCI Service Provider' which is the highest grade of payment processing security. Please be assured that your information is safe and secure. Visit Stripe's Website for more details.

Can I combine shipping costs, if I am purchasing from different vendors?

Individual vendors may offer you a discount on shipping if you are purchasing more than one item from them. However, you cannot combine shipping cost across various vendors. Remember, each vendor is an independent seller controlling their own shipping costs.

How long will my order take to arrive?

It depends on your location, and the location of the vendor – check the vendor’s page for details on shipping and handling estimates. Normally the items are delivered within 3 to 5 business days by Australia Post. However, some products are custom made and may require more time for delivery. Please read the product description for details.

I have made a purchase on Oh It’s Perfect and I want to exchange or return it? 

Every vendor has their own Exchange and Returns Policy. Please read the policy carefully before making your purchase. Normally, the process is very smooth. However, we are here to help in case of a dispute.

Where is my order? 

Vendors will normally notify you when they ship your product. You can always contact the vendor if your order has not arrived within the expected date. 

I have a dispute with a vendor or the vendor is not responding to my requests, what do I do? 

Our vendors are required to maintain high levels of customer service and we don’t want you to be disappointed. Most disputes with vendors are easily resolved, but if you are not satisfied with the vendor’s response, please contact us and we will assist you.
